Cookies and preferences
The technical preferences and local storage used by the Sbaggie website.
Controller and contact details
The data controller is Martina C. Srl, a single-member company, VAT and tax identification number 02070940032, with its registered office at Via Giovanni de Agostini, 2, 28100 Novara NO, Italy. For privacy requests, write to info@sbaggie.com.
What the current website uses
The current website has no integrated analytics, advertising pixels, profiling tools or externally embedded videos. Fonts, images and videos are served by the website. Social buttons open a Coming Soon message without loading Instagram or TikTok.
The tools described here support language selection and browsing the catalogue. A consent banner is not required for technical tools alone, but information must still be provided. Any different services will need a fresh assessment before activation.
Your language
The first-party i18n_redirected cookie remembers the Italian or English preference. It lasts 365 days, uses path / and SameSite=Lax. Production sets Secure for transmission over HTTPS. It contains no advertising identifier.
You can change language using the website selector or delete the cookie in your browser. The preference may be saved again on a later visit.
The catalogue in your browser
While you browse, the public catalogue is processed in the page’s temporary memory. This version does not read or save the catalogue cache in persistent localStorage. Temporary memory is released when the page closes; a later visit reloads the content.
Messages submitted through the forms are not stored here, and this memory is not used for profiling or advertising. Your browser may cache website resources through its normal HTTP cache.
Catalogue data saved by earlier versions is neither read nor deleted by this version. You can remove it using your browser’s option to clear website data.
Restricted access
The content management area uses GitHub authentication and draft storage for authorised people. These tools are separate from ordinary anonymous catalogue visits.
Browser settings
You can delete cookies and local website data in your browser privacy settings. Blocking the language cookie may prevent your preference from being remembered. The Privacy page describes how enquiry data is processed.
